Developed 100% in house on simulation software, then 100% produced in house on our state of the art Mark Forged 3D machines, then put on actual bikes to test fit and confirm, then finally the bikes are placed in our state of the art INC Dyno cell room to test and confirm. Finally they are then finally backed up on the race track with real world data!
Our stacks greatly improve torque/HP to smooth power delivery. EDR Performance velocity stacks provide a smooth power while allowing the bike to continue making power all the way to redline. This allows the rider a true feel for the throttle giving a more accurate throttle inputs, improves confidence to get on the throttle sooner and boosts rider confidence.
-EDR R1 Stacks: You can see the dyno charts that our proven velocity stack design gives the smoothest power band you can get over any other velocity stack and we see gains of up to 10 rwhp while seeing NO loss of power and torque in the entire power band. Best all around use, street, and race tracks. Please note your upper and lower EDR stacks WILL have a small air gap between upper and lowers, this is 100% designed and normal!
*Please note the stacks are black only! Picture of stacks in photo are NOT the final production version, only a test set. The black is proprietary Onyx with carbon fiber material. It has an extremely high temp >145*c and is race fuel resistant. The production stacks are produced with highest quality Onyx + Carbon Fiber reinforcement. These stacks are for race use, off road competition use only. Not road legal!
These kits do not contain instructions, they are intended for race technician installation. However, simply remove oem stacks and replace with ours! Total time to install is under 20 mins & while we always fine tune our maps, we have shown that you do not have to retune your motorcycle!
PLEASE NOTE: As of 2026 due to extremely high demand your velocity stack order may take 2-3 weeks lead time. We fulfill all orders in the order received. These are custom made for you and as such do take some time.
