Bike Fitment-
The Racetorx thumb brake is a versatile solution for all sorts of motorcycles, from road bikes and race bikes to adventure and motocross bikes. Our fully adjustable thumb brake provides a wide range of adjustment possibilities, however, it is worth noting that depending on the bike, fairings, tanks or frames may be slightly obstructed. On motorcycles with handle bars, fitting clearance is much easier than on those with OEM clip-ons.
Ducati owners- fitment to the Ducati V4 Penagale is a particularly tricky clearence fitment and necessitating some modifications to the fairing and to clarify this is the case on any thumb brake. On the other hand, the Ducati V2 Penagale provides more clearance, but even then the frame is still obstructed at full lock. Thankfully, adventure, motocross and streetfighter bikes all have plenty of clearance. Finally, the latest BSB Thumb Paddles are now available due to collaboration with the team's Moto Rapido & FS3.
This kit supplied will mount in conjunction to your rear foot pedal. The junction valve in the kit will replace the reservoir on your foot master cylinder.
