**Freshly updated for 2026! We listed to your feedback and completely redesigned our proven 2005-2008 GSXR1000 velocity stacks, now no longer do you need to cut/glue or modify. These new designs simply install like the stock ones, 100% bolt in and in under 20 mins total time!**
Our is a must have for any 2005-2008 GSXR1000 owner. Dyno-proven gains don't lie! Developed in-house on simulation software, then tested, tested and retested in our state of the art dyno facility and finally on the racetrack with real work data. Our stacks greatly improve the powerband of these 1000cc bikes, smoothing the midrange out as they make so much "grunt" and yet they "roll over" at the top end.
Eric Dorn of EDR, spent hours getting the exact setup that would improve peak top end HP as well as smooth out the power delivery. (this is why our design utilizes the oem outer stacks, we did not want to lose ANY of the big GSXR's famous midrange!)
This allows the rider a true feel for the throttle giving more accurate throttle inputs, improves confidence to get on the throttle sooner, and boosts rider confidence.
The production stacks are produced with the highest quality materials on state of the art MarkForged 3D machines in house. Our velocity stacks are chemical resistant and can tolerate temperatures of nearly 400*F! These stacks are of course not highway or road legal and may affect your warranty and or emissions requirement. They are intended for race use, off-road competition use only. Again Not road legal!
These kits do not contain instructions, they are intended for race technician installation. This kit only replaces the two inner stacks,
