The Vandemon Panigale V2 High Mount Titanium exhaust system is designed for those seeking maximum horsepower. The longer exhaust length of this system offers more power compared to the low-mount option. Removing the OEM low-mount steel mufflers and catalytic converter creates extra space, making engine servicing easier.
This exhaust system comes equipped with two titanium mesh mufflers that amplify the distinct sound of the Ducati V twin engine. These mufflers are designed to allow the exhaust to flow without any hindrance. However, if you are using the bike on race circuits where the noise level is restricted to 102Db, the mufflers come with removable silencers that can be placed between the muffler and the exhaust pipes. These silencers are held in place by the mufflers' spring retainers.
By using advanced manufacturing techniques and exotic materials like Titanium, the weight of the exhaust system is significantly reduced compared to the heavier OEM Steel exhaust system. The OEM exhaust system uses a catalytic converter that heats up to temperatures higher than the exhaust gases that leave the engine. This is a major reason why many Panigale owners complain of uncomfortable heat from the OEM exhaust radiating upwards while stationary. However, this issue has almost been eliminated with this exhaust system.

APPEARANCE
Titanium has a natural brushed finish that changes to an iridescent blue and red when heated. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium is resistant to staining and corrosion and does not require polishing due to its high acid and salt resistance. It also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, providing further protection against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary.
Tuning must be performed by a qualified technician.
