(K-Tech shock absorber piston upgrades are supplied with the piston bush, piston rod lock
and shims to enhance the damping performance of the original shock.
These products have been tested in laboratory conditions and in the field to ensure the performance)
-Complete K-Tech shock service kit
(K-Tech shock absorber service kits are
supplied with an oil seal, dust seal, piston rod bush and the O-Rings needed to service the shock absorber.
Kits are supplied with a new piston rod lock nut for added security when rebuilding the shock absorber)
-Billet bladder cap installed with Schrader valve for nitrogen charging & future servicing
-Vacuum bled on our K-Tech bleed machine
-Fresh Motul 400vi Factory Line oil
-Nitrogen charged
-New K-Tech straight rate spring install for rider weight/use
(K-Tech shock springs are manufactured from the highest grade Chrome Silicon wire,
each spring is cold coiled, heat treated, pre-set and ground to length.
Phosphate coating is then applied to protect against corrosion and then epoxy powder coated before the part number is applied.
All springs are manufactured to DIN 2095 grade1)
-Billet Aluminum shim included to add ride height to work best
*your core shock will be used and must be in useable condition, turn around time is typically 48 hrs if spring rate needed is in stock, if we do not have your spring rate turn around may take up to 7 business days
