Our stacks SMOKE the competition! We have done back to back testing and shown our stacks not only make more peak power but a much smoother linear torque curve which is vital for a strong drive out of the corners! Check out the dyno chart and notice how much better of a power band these produce!
Developed 100% in house on simulation software, then again, 100% produced in house on 1 of our 2 state of the art Mark Forged 3D machines, then put on bikes in our state of the art INC Dyno cell room to test and confirm, then finally backed up on the race track with real world data!
NO other velocity stack is made 100% IN HOUSE from the initial design to prototyping to dyno testing to production, ours are 100% made here inside of EDR Performance!
Our stacks greatly improve torque/HP to smooth power delivery. EDR Performance velocity stacks provide a smooth power while allowing the bike to continue making power all the way to redline. This allows the rider a true feel for the throttle giving a more accurate throttle inputs, improves confidence to get on the throttle sooner and boosts rider confidence.

In 2024 Kawasaki updated the top end on the ZX6R and as such we found it needed a little different design to get the most out of it. The new set up will include our original stacks for the outer #1 and #4 cylinders but an all new design for the 2024+.
Please note we have a few street guys with 2013-2023 that actually preferred the new 2024+ EDR Velocity stacks set up better as they got a big top end gain of 5-6rwhp but kept all the power from idle up!.

**PLEASE NOTE: As of Summer 2025 due to extremely high demand your velocity stack order may take 2-3 weeks lead time. We fulfill all orders in the order of which placed. These are custom made for you and as such do take some time. These stacks do require you to cut your oem rubbers to install. This is how we can keep the cost extremely affordable for you over $150 less than others and ours make better power!
