This has been one of our most requested kits.
The 2016+ ZX-10R is known for amazing power and top end peak power. However, every ZX-10R owner we know of asks for even more power. The issue is the stock stacks for these ZX-10R are not that easy to improve on. We have taken our time to ensure we provide a stack kit that not only gives amazing top end gains but doesnt lose the midrange!! The midrange is vital on the ZX-10R.
We literally bought the other ZX-10R stacks out there currently and put them in our test bike on our in house dyno and were shocked at how they ALL lost power below 10,000 rpm, that is UNACCEPTABLE! Why would you want your bike to make less midrange and off corner drive?
So we spent the last few months fine tuning and designing, all 100% in house and after months of testing, designing and over 13 versions, we are pleased to announce the VERY BEST ZX-10R stacks you can buy, PERIOD!
Designed in house using our Solidworks programming and top of the line Markforged 3D printers with many hours spent on simulation software to get the most powerful velocity stack kit in the world!

-2019 ZX-10R: Specs on bike were stock engine, full Competition Werks Exhaust system, DNA Race air filter, VP Race Fuel. The chart shows you NO OTHER CHANGES besides our stacks back to back both runs best of 5 runs within 20 mins time same day! The EDR Velocity stacks are the ONLY variable in the chart! NO ecu mapping or tuning changes were made! We later fine tuned this customers bike and got it to throw down over 201rwhp!
As you can see we lost ZERO hp above 6,000 rpm with amazing solid gains of +5-7rwhp!
We have spent a LOT of time on this design as we wanted to maintain that smooth, linear power band and simply add to it! This allows the rider a true feel for the throttle giving a more accurate inputs, improves confidence to get on the gas sooner, and boosts rider confidence!
*Please note the stacks are black once produced, blue is only for prototype/testing use. The production stacks are produced with highest quality Onyx + Carbon Fiber reinforcement. We cannot provide colors. Velocity stacks carry no warranty offered nor implied.

These kits do not contain instructions, they are intended for race technician installation, however you can install them yourself in under 15 mins time!
**PLEASE NOTE: As of Summer 2025 due to extremely high demand your velocity stack order may take 2-3 weeks lead time. We fulfill all orders in the order of which placed. These are custom made for you and as such do take some time.
