EDR Performance head stud, bolt kit for 2004-2023 ZX10R & ZX10RR
The studs are heat-treated 8740 chrome-moly, centerless ground, and have
J-formed rolled threads after heat treat for maximum strength.
This kit is very high strength and can greatly help to prevent engine damage. The ZX10 is one of the strongest engines out there however they are prone to blown head gaskets especially when you run the thinner 2 layer KIT head gaskets and or increase compression. Our kits are 100% complete and help ensure your power stays where you want, IN the combustion chamber not the cooling system!
The kit comes complete with studs, bolts, washers, and nuts as needed. Also included are detailed instructions along with ARP recommended thread lubricant as needed. Installation is as easy as the OEM fasteners. These studs and bolts are reusable for multiple rebuilds, unlike the OEM fasteners.
