We are not a machine shop, we are a race shop so we know what works, what doesn't, we can real world test our heads not only on the flow bench but the dyno as well as the race track! Most shops cant. 

Now you can have the exact same EDR Performance Superbike cylinder head work that has won multiple championships, set track records around the world, won thousands of races including winning at the infamous Daytona International Raceway on our KTM 890 Duke R recently. This is the EXACT head set up as Team EDR Performance is running in 2025 MotoAmerica SuperHooligans Series. 

Many of our clients have benefited from us since Triumph has launched the very cool 765 platform.  EDR Performance uses our 30+ years of building engines to get the absolute maximum from the 765 cylinder head! While the bike is excellent all around, it is definitely in need of some head work as its a production bike and one that they aim to keep cost down, so we see big gains, some getting over 10% more power over entire rpm range! Pair this with our exclusive ecu reflash tuning, EDR spec camshafts and EDR's own house developed velocity stacks and you are well over the 135+ rwhp mark! 

Our cylinder heads are fully Ported to OUR EXCLUSIVE PROGRAM! We have developed our cylinder head by countless hours on them and testing on the dyno, REAL WORLD not just a flow bench, but seeing how it works in real world. 


All heads will be cleaned, inspected, fully ported, a full radius valve job performed and finish surfaced

Price is for a GOOD CLEAN DISASSEMBLED CYLINDER HEAD! If you send in a head we deem unusable you will responsible to have shipped back. If we have to disassemble and reassemble, additional labor cost will be added. We wont sacrifice our quality and reputation on junk heads. NO damaged heads will be accepted. Typical turn around is currently 3-4 weeks, however can be up to 7 weeks during peak season. Once order placed and work begins there is NO REFUND OR CANCELATION of any kind. Contact us ahead of time if you want to check on current turn around time.
