Now you can have the same EDR Performance Superbike cylinder head that many of our clients have benefited from since the R6v launched in 2006. EDR Performance has built OVER 250 2006-2024 R6 engines and of that over 50 have been equipped with our full ported cylinder head work. We have used our 30+ years of building engines to get the absolute maximum from the Yamaha R6 cylinder head!
Our cylinder heads are fully CNC Ported to OUR EXCLUSIVE PROGRAM! We have developed our cylinder head by countless hours on them and testing on the dyno, REAL WORLD not just a flow bench, but seeing how it works in real world. All heads will be cleaned, inspected, fully ported, a full radius valve job and finished surfaced

Price is for our work on a customer supplied GOOD CLEAN DISASSEMBLED CYLINDER HEAD! If you send in a head we deem unusable you will responsible to have shipped back. If we have to disassemble and reassemble, additional labor cost will be added. We wont sacrifice our quality and reputation on junk heads. NO damaged heads will be accepted. If you do not have a head to supply for us to do this work on we can provide one, 2006-202 6 bare stock heads with oem valves and cam caps are additional $1,000 core charge
Typical turn around is currently 2-3weeks, however can be up to 5 weeks during peak season. Once order placed and work begins there is NO REFUND OR CANCELATION of any kind. Contact us ahead of time if you want a firmer turn around time.
